Disclosures

Last updated: July 25, 2026

This page sets out the risks of dealing with unipump and the limits of what we provide. Read it alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before joining the waitlist.

The most important disclosure comes first. unipump is a pre-launch startup. Today this site is a marketing page with an early-access waitlist form. There is no launchpad, no token, no smart contract, and no product. Everything we describe as planned is an intention we may change or abandon, and the product may never launch.

01

Nothing Here Is A Promise

Statements on this site about a planned launch, product features, curve mechanics, timing, or access describe what we currently intend. They are not commitments. Nothing on this site obliges us to build, launch, or deliver anything.

We may change the design, delay the work indefinitely, or stop altogether. There is no launch date on this site, and if one ever appears, treat it as an estimate rather than a guarantee. Do not spend money, make plans, or take any decision on the basis of anything written here.

These disclosures form part of our Terms of Service and are governed by whatever law those Terms are governed by. As explained there, no operating entity or governing jurisdiction has been settled yet.

02

No Investment Advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Prices, logos, charts, and anything else we publish are there for information only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult qualified professionals before acting on anything you read here.

03

No Offer or Solicitation

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token, or other financial instrument, in any jurisdiction. Joining the waitlist is not participation in an offering, a sale, a presale, or a distribution of anything.

We are not conducting a token sale. There is no unipump token. If someone offers to sell you one, or tells you that joining the waitlist earns one, they are not acting for us.

04

What Joining The Waitlist Does And Does Not Do

Submitting the waitlist form records that you signed up. Nothing else happens.

  • It grants no tokens. No allocation, no airdrop, no presale entitlement, no whitelist right, and no promise of any future distribution.
  • It grants no financial rights. It is not an investment. It carries no ownership, no profit share, no claim against us, and no monetary value.
  • It is not a rank. We do not calculate, store, or publish a position in a queue. There is no number to hold and nobody can tell you yours, including us.
  • It guarantees nothing. Early access depends on a product existing, and it may never exist. If it does, access may be granted, delayed, narrowed, or withheld at our discretion, and we may remove any signup at any time.
  • It cannot be transferred. Signups are not transferable or sellable. Anyone offering to sell you a spot or a place in line is not acting for us.
  • Referrals pay nothing. The invite link counts signups. It earns no payment, no token, and no financial reward, now or later. Any recognition we give is discretionary and revocable.

Planned Product: Bonding Curve Mechanics

This section describes how we currently intend a launchpad to work. None of it exists today, and all of it may change or never be built.

The intention is that before graduation a token's price would be set algorithmically by a public, deterministic bonding curve, rising as tokens are bought and falling as they are sold back, with no human market maker involved. Graduation would move trading to a decentralized exchange pool.

If that ever ships, early positions on a curve would carry outsized risk. Activity may be thin, swings can be sharp, and a token may never attract another buyer. Graduation would not be a guarantee of liquidity, price stability, or any value at all.

06

Digital Asset Risk

Digital assets are extremely volatile. Prices can fall quickly and can reach zero, and you can lose everything you spend. Blockchain transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be undone. Never commit funds you cannot afford to lose.

This risk is stated now because unipump is about digital assets, not because there is anything here to buy. There is not.

07

Smart Contract and Technology Risk

Smart contracts can contain bugs and can be exploited, even after careful review. Blockchain networks suffer congestion, outages, and forks that delay, fail, or alter transactions. Web interfaces go down or behave unexpectedly.

No unipump smart contract exists, none has been deployed, and none has been audited. If that changes, an audit would reduce risk rather than remove it, and we would not claim otherwise.

08

Planned Product: Non-Custodial Only

Any product we release is intended to be an interface only: you would connect your own wallet, hold your own private keys, and sign every transaction yourself. We would never take custody of assets, and we could not reverse a transaction, freeze a token, or recover keys or funds that are lost, stolen, or sent in error.

The waitlist form asks for no signature and no key, and it never will. If a page claiming to be unipump ever asks you to enter a seed phrase or approve a transaction to secure a spot, it is not us.

09

Regulatory Uncertainty

Laws governing digital assets differ between jurisdictions and change quickly. Activity permitted in one place may be restricted or prohibited in another. You are responsible for determining whether your use of this site is lawful where you live and for any tax that applies to you.

unipump is not registered with, licensed by, or supervised by any financial regulator, and no regulator has reviewed or approved this site or anything on it. Whether a future product would require registration anywhere is an open question we have not resolved.

10

Third-Party Names, Marks, and Reference Prices

Our early-access page shows a set of tokenized assets alongside company names, logos, and prices. Those names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for one purpose only: to identify the asset being referred to. Their use does not mean the owner sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with unipump in any way, we are not affiliated with any of them, and we claim no rights in any of those marks.

The prices shown are closing prices obtained from Yahoo Finance, a third-party market data provider we neither own nor control. The source and the date each price was measured are displayed alongside the prices themselves. They are delayed reference prices. They are not live quotes, not executable prices, and not an indication of any price at which anything can be bought or sold. We do not warrant that they are accurate, current, or complete, and you should not rely on them for any decision.

Showing an asset is not a statement that it is listed, available, or tradeable on unipump, now or in the future. Tokenized equities and similar instruments are securities in most jurisdictions, and any such market would launch only behind the appropriate legal structure and permissions, if it launches at all. Nothing shown there is an offer, or a solicitation of an offer, to buy or sell anything.

11

Data and Privacy

The waitlist form stores a wallet address, a Telegram or X username, your IP address, timestamps, and referral codes. Our Privacy Policy lists every field and explains one thing worth reading before you sign up: a public lookup on the waitlist page lets anyone who already knows your wallet address or handle confirm that it is on the list.
