Terms of Service

The live site is a single marketing page with an early-access waitlist form. It does not connect a wallet, it does not ask you to sign anything, and it does not move funds. Submitting the form writes one row to a database.

The form asks for a wallet address, at least one of a Telegram or an X username, and, if you arrived through someone's invite link, the code carried in that link. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is stored and what is done with it.

There is no product behind this page. Any logo, price, illustration, or description of a future feature shown on this site is there to explain an idea. None of it is an offer, and none of it is a statement that a product exists.

Submitting the form records that you signed up. That is the whole of what it does.

We do not calculate, store, publish, or guarantee a rank, a number, a place in a queue, or an order of access. We do not promise that we will contact you, that early access will ever exist, or that you will receive it. If we ever grant early access, we decide who gets it and when, and we may change our mind.

• No tokens. A signup includes no token, no allocation, no airdrop, no presale, no whitelist entitlement, and no promise of any future distribution. We are not offering, selling, or distributing anything.
• No financial rights. A signup is not an investment. It carries no ownership, no profit share, no claim against us, and no monetary value.
• Not transferable. Signups cannot be sold, traded, or transferred. Anyone offering to sell you a spot, a rank, or an allocation is not acting for us.
• Removable. We may remove any signup at any time, with or without a reason, including where we suspect abuse or false information. We may also close, reset, or delete the waitlist entirely.

The waitlist gives you an invite link and counts how many signups arrive through it. The count is a number displayed on a page. It is nothing else.

Referrals earn no payment, no token, and no financial reward of any kind, now or later. Any recognition we choose to give is discretionary, non-financial, and revocable, and we may change, withhold, or cancel it at any time. Creating fake signups, buying signups, or otherwise inflating a count is prohibited and can result in every entry involved being removed.

We intend to build a token launchpad: a non-custodial web interface where anyone can create a token that trades on a public bonding curve until it graduates to a decentralized exchange pool.

That paragraph describes an intention on the day it was written. It is not a commitment, a roadmap, or a promise. We may change the design, change the mechanics, change the network, delay the work indefinitely, or stop entirely. There is no launch date, and there may never be a launch. Do not rely on it for any decision.

If a product is ever released, we expect it to be non-custodial: you would connect your own wallet, hold your own keys, and sign your own transactions. We may publish additional or replacement terms at that point, and using the product would mean accepting them.

The waitlist form carries a consent checkbox that links to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Those links are the only place the form points to these documents, so please open them. The form will not submit until the box is ticked, and the server rejects any submission that arrives without consent, so the checkbox is not decoration. When a signup is accepted we store the date and time your consent was given alongside your entry.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We hold no email address for you, so we cannot notify you individually and it is your responsibility to check this page. Using the site after a revision means you accept it.

We may change, suspend, or shut down this site or any part of it at any time, without notice. We are not liable to you for doing so.

This site, and any product we later release, may be used only for lawful purposes. You agree not to do any of the following.

• False or automated signups Submitting a wallet address or handle that is not yours, submitting entries by script or bot, or inflating a referral count by any means.
• Fraud Deceiving or defrauding anyone, including presenting a waitlist signup, an invite link, or a referral count as something it is not.
• Infringement Violating or misappropriating the intellectual property or other rights of unipump or any third party.
• Cyberattack Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to this site, our infrastructure, our database, or any other person's data.
• Probing other people Using the public referral lookup, or any other endpoint, to enumerate members, test wallet addresses or handles in bulk, or correlate people across accounts.
• Circumventing restrictions Evading any limit we place on access, including rate limits, signup caps, and blocked addresses.
• Scraping Harvesting data from this site by automated means.
• Market manipulation If a product is ever released, engaging in wash trading, spoofing, front-running, or any other manipulative trading practice through it.
• Securities violations Using this site, or any product we release, in a way that breaks a securities law or regulation that applies to you.
• Unlawful conduct Using this site in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful activity.

The responsibilities below would apply to a product we release. They do not apply today, because there is nothing to use. They are stated now so the position is clear in advance.

• Non-custodial and no fiduciary duties We would provide an interface only. You alone would control your wallet, your private keys, and your funds, and you would be responsible for keeping them secure. These Terms create no fiduciary duty, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we owe you no duties beyond those written here.
• Compliance and tax You are responsible for complying with every law that applies to you and for determining, reporting, and paying any tax that arises from anything you do.
• Network fees Blockchain transactions require network fees paid to validators or miners. Those fees would be yours to pay, and we do not receive, refund, or control them.
• Third-party services and content A product would display or interact with blockchains, wallet software, exchange pools, tokens created by other people, and other services we neither own nor control. Your use of them would be at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

The unipump name, our logo, and the content we publish on this site (text, graphics, designs, and code) belong to unipump or our licensors. Except as these Terms or our Trademark Policy permit, you may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners; our Disclosures explain why they appear.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose, without compensation or attribution.

You keep whatever rights you hold in anything you create, including any token you might create through a future product. We claim no ownership over your creations.

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL EVER BE RELEASED.

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We do not recommend any token or any asset, and nothing we publish should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Prices and logos shown on the waitlist page are delayed third-party reference data, described in our Disclosures.

If a product is ever released, blockchain technology carries significant risk: tokens can lose all value, bonding curve prices move with supply and demand, smart contracts can contain defects, and blockchain transactions are irreversible. Anyone who uses such a product accepts those risks and is solely responsible for evaluating any token before interacting with it.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless unipump and its operators, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of this site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or anything you create through a product we release.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, unipump WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TOKENS, DIGITAL ASSETS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS SITE OR ANY PRODUCT WE RELEASE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE. TO THE SAME EXTENT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, and some consumer rights cannot be waived. Where that is the case, our liability is limited to the smallest extent the law permits and your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may suspend or end your access to this site, and may remove your waitlist entry, at any time and without notice. You may stop using the site at any time and can ask us to delete your entry as described in our Privacy Policy. The disclaimers, the limitation of liability, and the indemnification obligations survive any termination.

Being straight with you: unipump does not yet operate through a named legal entity, and no governing jurisdiction has been settled. We are not going to name one we do not have. When an operating entity is established, its name, its country, and the governing law will be stated here.

Until then, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the unipump operators are established, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any dispute would be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you live continue to apply to you whatever this section says.

If you have a dispute with us, contact us first at support@unipump.fun so we can try to resolve it informally.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Trademark Policy, and Disclosures, are the entire agreement between you and unipump about this site and replace any earlier understanding. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization or a transfer of the project, and if we do, our Privacy Policy explains what would happen to your data.
