Trademark Policy

The name unipump and our logo (together, the unipump marks) identify this project and the token launchpad we intend to build. They tell the public that something comes from us.

The purpose of this policy is to prevent confusion, not to stop honest discussion. If a reasonable person could mistake your product or content for an official unipump offering, the use is a problem.

You may use the unipump name without our permission for the purposes below, provided the use is truthful and does not suggest sponsorship or endorsement.

• Truthful references You may name unipump when describing the project, for example when writing about what we are building.
• Compatibility statements If a unipump product is ever released, you may state that your own product or service works with it, such as "supports unipump", as long as the claim is accurate and your brand appears more prominently than ours.
• Commentary and news You may use the name in articles, reviews, tutorials, research, criticism, and other commentary about unipump.
• Links You may link to our official website and use the unipump name as the link text.

Do not use the unipump marks in any of the following ways without our prior written permission.

• Implied endorsement Do not present your product, service, or content in a way that suggests unipump built it, sponsors it, or is affiliated with it.
• Names and handles Do not use unipump, or anything confusingly similar, in your own product name, company name, service name, domain name, app name, or social media handle.
• Logo modification Do not alter the unipump logo, change its colors, combine it with other marks or graphics, or create derivative logos based on it.
• Misleading uses Do not use the marks in connection with phishing, impersonation, scams, or any content that misleads people about its source.
• Fake launches and fake tokens Do not use the marks to announce a unipump launch, a unipump token, a presale, an airdrop, or an allocation. None of those exist, and presenting one as ours is impersonation.

No token has been launched through unipump, because there is nothing to launch through yet. If that changes, tokens would be created by users, not by us. Do not use the unipump name or logo in a token's name, symbol, or artwork in a way that implies the token is official, issued by unipump, or endorsed by unipump.

A factual statement in a token description, such as noting where a token was created, is fine. We would not review or endorse tokens created through an interface we release, and we may restrict how a token that violates this policy appears in it.

The same respect applies to marks that belong to other people. Do not use a third party's trademark in a token name, symbol, or artwork without that party's permission.

Third-party names and logos appear on our own early-access page for one reason: to identify the assets being referred to. Our Disclosures explain that in full, including why showing an asset is not a claim that it is listed or tradeable.

We may remove or limit the display of content in any interface we operate that we believe infringes someone else's trademark, and we may act on complaints from rights holders.

If you believe someone is misusing the unipump marks, or that content available through our interface infringes your trademark, email support@unipump.fun. Include the material at issue, where you found it, and why you believe it violates this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
